Dry Needling

Dry Needling is a technique used to treat musculoskeletal pain and movement issues. Fine needles are inserted under the skin to treat knotted, tender areas of muscle called "trigger points". Needles alleviate tightness in these trigger points which increases range of motion and blood flow, and reduces pain.
